Many young couples do not consider their family complete, if they do not have children. However, not everyone and not always are able to give birth to even one child let alone two or three. According to world statistics, every 5-6 marriage is infertile. Experts say that not always only a woman is "guilty" in the infertility. Approximately half of the reason is male infertility, and in 5-6% of cases, both spouses are infertile. Statistics say that over the past 50 years, number of spermatozoa in men's sperm has declined by half.

Unfortunately, many men are characterized by the position of "non-interference" in the problem of infertility, which allegedly are purely female. Some people believe that if a man is all right with potency, it can not be responsible for infertility in the family.

However, it is not, since even a rather weak potency can be combined with the excellent quality of sperm, and vice versa. At the same time, because male infertility is often seen only in the inability to conceive, without any other symptoms occur, the opinion occurs that male infertility is much rarer than the female.

Nevertheless, if, within one-half years, with active sexual life pregnancy has not occurred, it is better to start a study with men, because diagnosis of male infertility is generally easier and cheaper, or to do the simultaneous examination of both spouses.

Causes of male infertility are many - these are inflammatory diseases (urethritis, prostatitis, etc.), and sexually transmitted infections (chlamydia, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea), and sexual disorders (impotence, premature ejaculation), and hormonal disorders that cause decreased spermatogenesis, and various malformations, genital, or trauma of inguinal regions, and others.

The cause of infertility may also be autoimmune conditions in which the male body begins to produce antibodies to its spermatozoa that leads to a decrease in their number, motility disturbance, and reduction in fertility.

However, in half the cases the cause of infertility is genital infections in the first place, chlamydia and trichomonas, since these are usually associated with the appearance of inflammatory and adhesive processes that lead to infertility.

The traditional venereal diseases such as gonorrhea are also dangerous, but chlamydia is the most insidious, because it is the covered infection, and there is no immunity against it in the body. Even when clamydiosis were treated, secondary infection is possible, because chlamydia lives in trichomonas, and without destruction of this carrier, it is impossible to completely cure chlamydiosis. But trichomoniasis is, according to WHO, one of the most common diseases in the world, and in many cases it is asymptomatic, so the infertility treatment should begin with a course of antiparasitic therapy.

The treatment of chlamydia requires the use of antibiotics and interferons (or interferon inducers) - Neovir, Acyclovir, and others from this group, as well as immunomodulators.

However, antibiotics have no effect on trichomonas, and it has already developed immunity to metronidazole. In the recommended dosages, metronidazole leads only that trichomonas goes into cyst-like form that is resistant to its effects.

Therefore, the most modern anti-trihomonas therapy is supplementation of metronidazole with herbal antiparasitic formulas that simultaneously kill parasites and neutralize the side effects of drugs. Then a week later metronidazole can be canceled and the course of antiparasitic therapy finishes only on natural medicines.

The composition of these natural products includes extracts of herbs that kill trichomonas and chlamydia (Pau d'Arco, garlic, cranberries etc.) and are also immunomodulators. Pau d'Arco, like vitamin C, is also a natural inducer of interferon, which belongs to the essential elements of the immune system.
